Dinner meals are approximately made up of 90 grams of a meal and 100 grams of a base, 190 grams in total. Some meals are slightly smaller than is.
Snacks/Scroggin is going to be about 50-100 grams per day. Where possible I can also add or subtract for bigger and smaller days of hiking. Breakfast is going to 35-40 grams per day Lunch is going to be a more smaller meal being approximately 100-130g I will taking Magnesium Powder and Sustagen Protein Powder.. |
